hey, lausy, i defend jan too. he's my favorite pro. i seriously look up to him, because he shows the world that you can pick up a few pounds and still be a strong rider. and furthermore, you can drop those pounds and be even stronger. there could be no greater role model for the fat cyclist.

Eep. That was ... Hilarious. Although, I do find myself (as always) defending poor Jan. He isn't overweight. He's just built differently than the others. Anyways. Great job. I'm going to get all my friends to read this.

I like this list. For the record, I'm not following the Tour, but when I was a racer, I was a climber. And I rooted for Raymond Poulidor (http://www.roadcycling.com/cgi-bin/artman/exec/view.cgi/4/708) He was the guy who finished second in every race.

Question 7 made me bust up. "Crucial -- I avoid all cycling websites until I get home from work and can watch the stage myself: You are self-disciplined. I wish I had the self-control to do that."I'm on the west coast and if it's after 8:30 am, I make myself wait until I get home to watch OLN. Otherwise, I'm on Frank Steele's http://www.tdfblog.com site reading the dish on the riders from yesterday.

Hey fattie! Dig the blog and the tour personality test. I'm one of those S&M climber guys who love Jan, is pulling for Basso, but know that Lance is untouchable. I too need a little work around the midsection.Drop the weight or you'll be eating my wheel as I tell dirty jokes riding alongside you up some 9% grade! As my German friends might say: Fahrt wie der Wind -- Ride like the wind. Just don't break it.Back to work before I get sacked.
