Did I mention it was 35 degrees at the time? Cold. And the rain coming down was cold, too. We didn't leave the house. Instead, we set our bikes up on trainers (in separate parts of the house) and rode that way. Hmph. But it got rid of my hangover, and that was really all my goal was for the day. My boyfriend and I were going to go on a “First Ride of the Year” ride, but about half an hour after I got up in the morning, it started raining.
