I’d love to see the Police, but only if I could get up front and tell Stink that he’s a bit to full of himself. Love their music, but damn if I could muster the forgiveness to play with that arrogant arse. Oh well, I suppose it’s a living. Stewart Copeland, Adam Clayton, and Neal Peart remain my favorite can bangers of all time. Did Stewart have his fingers protected with duct tape?

Thanks for the post, but mainly for the useful comments it inspired. I’ve learned that Pearl Izumi is apparently Japanese for calloused taint.

You can get 2XU stuff in the US. Several online Tri stores sell it. Their bib shorts are excellent. My only complaint is the chamois is too big on medium and small size gear. It is way superior to Pearl Izumi.

Al / Dom – I had the same issues with Pearl Izumi stuff. The gloves and knicks very quickly took on that “hey, isn’t lycra supposed to be elastic” look.

I don’t know if these guys export or not… 2XU and TriplePlay are the 2 companies that provide all kit for our club and the LBS sponsored gear. I’ve got huge miles out of both brands overloaded with a gigantic arse and gallons of sweat. And don’t listen to Dr Lammler… it’s your taint, and it’s your chamois butt’r, so you can spalm your taint as much as you want.
