Been reading your site here and again for some time. I’m very happy for your news. I just contributed a hundred bones to a friend’s upcoming cancer walk and thought of your wife’s struggles, as well as my buddy who’s battling pancreatic cancer. He tells me that cancer is a disease that’s defeated not all at once, but through many little victories, just like this one.

The news about the wrist is cool, too.

Things are looking up, my friend. It must be spring.

It’s surprising how much we can get emotionally involved with bloggers and other people we have never actually met but feel we know. The fact that we can relate to you more because of our common love of cycling probably makes a difference too. Wow; I’m really happy for both of you today :-)
