And as one who grew up in SLC, I wouldn't grouse about the snow: 1. The skiing is awesome right now - don't you ski, Fatty? 2. The snowpack is essential for the water - not only for the green hills (which stay green for all of two or three weeks in the arid climate of the Wasatch Front), but for culinary water supplies. 3.
