Doward H;

I give you credit for riding that trail several times. It has some seriously rough areas, my road bike highly dislikes using that trail.

Doward H
As another Rice grad and friend of Dr. Bill, I'd like to trade stories. Look me up on the alumni site... Rick Williams, Wiess College, '78/'82 and drop me a line. I haven't been to Houston since '82 and wonder how things have changed.

I hang my head in shame. One of the first DNF's in my life. I took my rollers to my daughter's softball practice and rode for 90 minutes, then took them straight to her dance practice and road for 60 minutes. When we got home I couldn't bring myself to get back on them and had to go outside for the rest of the 100 miles. I bow to the feet of those with the mental fortitude (or frontal lobotomy) to ride rollers for 5 hours.
