The EU has extensive laws about securing corporate data. Getting so thoroughly hacked means the anti-doping agency had wide-open security controls. Which means they were in violation of the law. Go ahead and blame Landis, mon ami. That won't help when the EU cites and fines you out of existence for breaking the law. Isn't karma great?
