I did not make 10 pounds the by last weigh-in...
But, 9 pounds in a little over 3 weeks is not too bad.
12/24/10 -222 
 As I mentioned before, my ultimate goal is to get below 200. 45 minutes and 9.32 miles on the indoor trainer just now. A balmy 55 degrees in the garage.

Today, I did five fast-paced hours of cross-country skiing including two grueling, long, mostly uphill races with a light lunch during the day and little drink once second race completed.  Would not have made it without today.</description>

Aaaarrgh! I’m back up 3 lbs! Oh, the humanity!

At this point, I am restricting my food intake (as if it weren’t already restricted enough) and attempting - not quite successfully - to avoid all of the Christmas cookies and candy around my house. I just recently stopped drinking coffee in the morning, could that be the source of the 3 lbs? I may need to go back on the bean to regain traction!</description>

Not a lot of progress. I probably will not make the 10 pounds before Christmas. 
But, I&#039;m trying to use the indoor trainer every day. Four times in the last 6 days.
So, getting 10 pounds off before New Years is a reasonable goal. My ultimate goal is to eventually get below 200.
