Never done anything like this before. A few challenges - 1) no road bike yet (think a 29er stumpjumper will work :D? ), 2) never ridden anywhere near this distance, 3) not told my better half yet! Hopefully I am going to sign up in the next few days. I am already signed up for Philly so that will be 2 centuries in 2 months... time to start training.
