Tom in San Diego. Randy and I will be starting when the lake opens around 5:30 to 6. Park near the boat dock. We are not fast riders. We did this last year and rode with breaks until around 4pm. expect the same this year. jtfleming@san.rr.com

Wow so many Aussies are doing this event that is awesome. It shows how crazy we are to take on a dare. I'm injured @ the moment but will look at what I could do to cover the distance. www.SCHNELL.com.au may be interested in participating next year or offering custom "100 miles to nowhere" limited edition carbon wheels and donate money this way? It's a thought.....! At this stage anyway :-) SCHNELL SCHNELL

Is anyone else in Dallas going to do this? My buddy Steve and I are registered and are planning on doing 11 laps of White Rock Lake unless we hear of something more interesting.

Anyone??

DC folks -

I am planning to ride Memorial day instead (will be out of town the 4th + Race for the Cure) or the weekend of June 11. Leaning towards Memorial Day weekend though so we can participate in Fatty's wrap up excitement the week after.

Last year I rode Haines Point - the wind made that HORRIBLE. But, I suppose that was part of the fun:) Thinking about that or trainers or other possible locations...

If you are interested in joining me, shoot me an email at anne.paterson @ gmail.com

I am going to attempt my first century too. This seems like a great opportunity for a great cause. I am new to cycling and loving it! I got into it as a way to loose some weight and it has been great so far. I have my work cut out for me preparing for June 4th - I appreciate the challenge!

My wife and I are in Baltimore, we are thinking about doing laps at Lake Montebello as I did last year, but I also thought, as a tribute to the spring classics, we could do our 100 MON in Fells Point on the Cobbles.

As a side note, we will do it on 6/5 as somebody mentioned, the Komen Race for the Cure is in DC on 6/4 and I will be busy providing audio for that. Also on that note, for the hains point crew, the course doesn't go up town that far.

Potsdam NY contingent is set. Anyone in the area is welcome to join us for 86 laps around the Clarkson University campus. Only problem we had last year was nearly getting run over by our own security people! (sigh)
