I will go with the Swimmer for a couple of reasons. Biking the easiest of the three to do well even if you aren’t used to it, as long as you are in shape…. and she is. Second, I think she is probably much, much, much faster than Fatty and the Hammer at the run and the swim. You have already noted she has shown to be faster at the run. But, she is young and probably being nice and respectful and could actually be destroying the oldies.

Borrowing from Doug (Way upstate NY){interesting separation there but totally understandable}.
Both The Runner & The Swimmer have finished they are cheering you. As you slowly extract yourself from the pool they extend hands to help. Then simultaneously thump you in the chest and announce “One more length of the pool” as they pull you in with them.

What kind of wimps are you guys down there? It was -10F in Fairbanks this morning and I saw people out biking to work! Not me, of course, I went skiing instead.
