Bicycling Magazine can’t sway my vote. I voted for ya’ Fatty. I have been very bad and I haven’t been reading your blog for awhile and I was religiously reading after I learned of it. Now, I have to figure out how to get a jersey and if I can still order your new book. Please don’t take it personal.

Thanks for the great idea Richard on how we can vote more for Fatty. Gonna’ go do that now.

I’ve got lots to be thankful for. That I still have my job (gov cutbacks are threatening tho…2012 gonna be scary!), my family, our house, my wonderful wife and fur-babies, that I am physically able to ride bikes (cuz so very many aren’t)…and that I was able to go to the bicycling survey and vote for Bobke as the personality I’d most like to ride with….and, uhm, er…oops…I meant FATTY! FATTY is who I voted for! I mistyped…yeah, that’s the ticket…mistyped…misremembered..something like that.

I’m also thankful for all my adopted Fatty family that I’ve become involved with in recent years, and that we can get together now and then and just ride and have fun. And that under the Fatty banner we can all do some REAL good in the world. Happy T-day Fatties!

I am so thankful for my wonderful Fatty Friends-@David-marin & Wife #1, my brothers from other mothers- @MattC and GregC, Yann, Karen, Philly Jen, Mike Roadie, Andrew and Christine and of course my BFOD (best friend of Dave) Fatty and his beautiful wife-The Hammer.
I’m also especially thankful of my BikeMonkey’s- Carlos P (The Head Monkey), Fisher, Kim, Yuri and his amazing wife Vanessa, the Jen’s and my BFF’s Cheryl and Heidi P.
@David-marin- I wish I could come riding with you. But between 3 papers and cooking dinner I am booked solid. How about I take a rain check until spring and we’ll plan some prepping for Davis rides with you,me, Yann and Karen.

Happy Thanksgiving to the wonderful world of Fatcyclist!It’s so awesome being a part of this group. Thanks to Fatty for bringing all of us “together.” Hope everyone has a safe and wonderful holiday! :) I might go for a bike ride, but considering the temps (we are anywhere from -15 to 10 above), I’m probably going to keep my ride a short one with the dogs. Can’t afford a fat tire bike (yet), so I’ll be riding my trusty Gary Fisher Tass with studded tires (which still amaze me that they grip so well). Allez!

I’m thankful for finding this site and for all of the cyclists, like me, who enjoy the zaniness that is Fatcyclist! I’m thankful for knowing someone that asks me to help and then thanks me for stepping up. I’m thankful for pie…..and beer. And I’m thankful for a bride that cares enough about me to let me ride and is always waiting with a beer. Have a great Thanksgiving everyone.

To Fatty and my fellow friends of Fatty – Have a Happy and Blessed Thanksgiving. This blog is one of my daily work avoidance treats, and I am very thankful to be part of a such a generous and fun virtual community. My wife and I were just saying how it would be so great if we lived in Utah so we could hang out with Fatty and the Hammer in person. My wife is actually qualified and registered for the Boston Marathon this April, so I am hoping there may be a Fat Cyclist meet up that weekend for the running wing of the family?

Also I might go on a T-day ride as the temp there are calling for on that that is in the mid to low 50’s, which might be on of the last rides I get in outside this year (depending on when it snows, as if I really want to get salt all over my bike).
