@AngieG, UptheGradeinSR, SteveB, MattC(if you get a day off(?)), MykillLoney, LeighAnne, Noodle, and other NorCal FoF's.

FoF and superstar in her own right Katie Boling is in town this weekend for a WBR Event in Mill Valley: https://www.worldbicyclerelief.org/joao-correia

Come join DaveT, RobT, and I for a favorite Marin loop. Elden has told me if you rub Katie's head your chances of 'winning' will increase. If you try to rub her belly you may win a shiner, but hey, a win is a win.

I love the writeup, but I found it very confusing that a single post contained the entire report for the race. I expected it to be spread over at least an entire week.

@MattC I like last year's 'handle', though I will work on a new one. Mt Diablo next week for sure. Send me an email, or I will find your address and send you one tonight.
@Corrine you'll need to be patient. I will probably have to wait till my 'racing license gets here to give you the full story. Meeting on Friday.

rats...I'm on my travel laptop and didn't notice that my 'name' was davidH's old handle for me sometime last year. And btw, being on travel in the San Jose area, are any of the SJ/Bay area Fatties attending any stages of next weeks Tour of Calif? Anybody up for climbing Diablo for the finish of stage 3? (I don't even know where Mt Diablo is for sure)

Awesome writeup Lisa! (or should that be RIDEUP?) Love it how both you and Fatty pick out your competition early and then 'its on' after that. Having someone you are duking it out with lap after lap must make it really great...keeps you on your 'A' game with no time to dilly-dally. I give huge props to Plan7 for not freaking out when you blew your SR on her...(that is a pretty grody thought). Sounds like you and Fatty are pretty ready for Leadville (how on earth do you and Fatty get into such terrific shape SO SOON after a real winter with snow and everything? I think you both must be doping...)

What a great story! Lisa, you are the best. And I, too, love that you have self doubt before races even though you are in incredible shape. It's nice to know the fastest people have those same doubts as the back of the pack people like me. And a class act out there, stopping to help somebody. You are my heroine!
@Davidh-Marin,ca, the suspense is killing me. Do tell your big news!!
