He can pick up a new riding kit...an Italian designer kid for an Italian bike race, again, it goes together like peanut butter and jam. Davidh--we do expect photos of course, clip on a GoPro or better, a Garmin Virb. Fatty--I'm recovering from a concussion (non-cycling incident) and since I can't (banned actually) ride, I'll read your book review. I recommend the Pinarello Marvel with Di2 at only $5k (kids don't really need to go to college) ;-) With that, you will be flying up those little Italian hills, just take it easy on the Pros, their ego's tend to be fragile. As for the missing luggage, they have some very nice designer stores in Venice. He can pick up a new wardrobe between stages. That's what my wife said she would do.
