As someone that rocks just the 1800 on his bike during the night (thanks to your recommendation), such light must be incredible. I could see cars coming the other way pulling over just to be safe they don’t get hit from the apparent freight train coming their way!

It looks like the traffic you’re generating is a bit more traffic than the vmba.org can handle. You might want to plug them again once they get their web services sorted.

I wish I had that firepower. I have an older 650pro which works quite well. I like a bright bar floodlight and a good spotlens on the helmet. This way I can see the corners. I mostly ride technicals at night.

Can confirm overkill, I’ve got a much lower power NiteRider light that I got due to Fatty’s blog and people I have pass at night have commented that they thought a car was approaching them.
