I'm so going to bandit this race. You can't stop me, race marshals! (Mostly because there won't be any race marshals, but whatever.) I hope I can buy the jersey at some point from Twin Six. Now I just need to pick a route. There's a section of New York Bicycle Route 5 that runs through farm country just north of where I live, but it's got a rail crossing at an acute angle that I have to dismout for. I am doing the "Busse Woods 7 Mile Loop, 235 pound metal heads who live in Oak Park, IL - and love key lime pies, 40 year old division" Because the 7 mile loop is a longer per lap distance than most, I am assessing myself a 5 mile penalty. This will also get me 15 complete laps. If anyone in Illinois wants to join me, we will have homemade key lime pie baked with love by my wonderful wife. This will be my first 100 Miles of Nowhere.
