The “Donate” item didn’t do any good for my sales, and while I’m not making money today, there is still a self-interest component here.

So allow me to recommend you buy 14 copies of the Kindle version of the book and give them to cycling buddies. This helps me (of course) with my book sales. It helps WBR to almost exactly the same extent as simply making a donation. And it actually is a better move for you than a straight-up donation if you want to win the bike: A book (including the $10 Kindle version) gets you 2 chances at the bike; the $10 WBR donation always bought 1 chance.
