Yes, as long as it’s legal where you live. That said, if you win, you’re responsible for customs, which will be considerable. And you’ll need to pay to get you to the US for the trip, we’ll pay for the flight once you get to a US airport. – FC

Yes, unless it’s prohibited in your country. Also, if you’re outside the US, you’re going to get hit with a hefty customs fee; that’s your responsibility to pay. As a show of solidarity, you won’t have to pay the incredible shipping cost. – FC
