I have the podcasts feeding into Overcast which works well, but every time a new episode goes up my poor old kindle tries to download it too. I know you have written about the LT100 extensively but it might make for a great episode to talk about how a new entrant can best prep. So after an seven years my lottery number finally came up and I am in this year. I am an interesting case, 48 in June, and I am truly a Outlier Clyde at 6'7 and currently weighing well above 300lbs all of which will make for an interesting journey to me being ready by August.
